Quality Standard
During June 7-9, 2004, the Electronics Division of
Fleetwood Group, Inc. was independently audited and
confirmed as being in conformity with ISO 9001:2000. This
certification means the division’s management system was
identified as employing processes that properly influence
product quality and meet customer requirements.
Fleetwood’s
Electronics Division designs, manufactures, markets, and
manages the value-added distribution of several
interactive meeting and learning tools. Its flagship
product – the ReplyŽ Wireless Audience Response/Voting
System – consists of
cordless electronic keypads and audience polling software.
ReplyŽ systems are commonly used in conferences and
seminars, classrooms, focus group facilities, TV studios,
and special event venues to quickly survey and report the
opinions and/or knowledge of participants. The ISO
9001:2000 certification applies to the system employed by
the division to govern the design, manufacture, sale, and
service of the entire ReplyŽ Wireless Group Response
System product family.
Staffed with radio frequency experts and equipped for
medium volume surface mount technique (SMT) manufacturing,
this small Michigan company of 130 employees makes a big
impact worldwide – especially in niche markets that demand
electronic voting systems, focus group tools, group
decision support systems, and student assessment devices.
