Your question is received by each cellular phone as a text message (phone beeps once) usually within 15 to 90 seconds.

Amazingly, the mobile user can be anywhere in the world. Once your message is received, the mobile user simply 'replies' to your question by entering a choice number, then 'send'.

Responses are automatically sent back to the web page that they were sent from, where you now view a graph of votes, as they come in!
